Oleg Ishchenko · Head of Sales, Corefy · Payments & AI sales operations
Everything reconciles.
I run sales at Corefy — payment orchestration and high-risk processing. The same discipline — nothing enters the record without a source, nothing goes out without a signature — is what I used to build the AI system that now runs my own sales pipeline.
Payment orchestration & high-risk processing
I work in payments — I run sales at Corefy, a payment orchestration platform built to raise approval rates and keep high-risk industries converting: gambling, adult, nutra, forex, crypto, and adjacent verticals, across geographies. Day to day that means routing, cascading, reconciliation, and PSP coverage.
I've watched an approval-rate KPI look great while quietly costing a business money, seen one PSP outage take down a merchant's entire checkout because there was no fallback, and traced chargebacks back to a routing decision nobody had revisited in a year. Two of those, written up properly:
Why Payment Approval Rate Can Be a Dangerous KPI
Payment Orchestration Is Not a Fancy Payment Gateway
Corefy is built to raise approval rates and keep high-risk industries converting — across geographies, in verticals most processors won't touch. That's the tool, and it's a good one. The conversations I personally end up having are wider than that, though — plenty of them start with a processing setup that looks fine on paper and is still bleeding somewhere nobody's checked. If that's closer to your problem, I'm easy to find.
If what you're dealing with is routing, cascading, reconciliation, or PSP coverage across markets, that's the direct conversation to have — and it costs nothing to have it.

What I can actually show you
I could give you a percentage. I'm not going to — a number on a page like this is worth exactly as much as your willingness to trust the person who chose it.
Follow-ups get drafted while I still remember the call, not reconstructed afterward. The record stopped depending on me remembering it.
Anyone competing with me can buy the same models. What they don't have is two years of my own customers explaining, in their own words, what they actually needed — that's the part that isn't for sale.

Most people use AI to write. I use it to work.
I built an AI system that runs my own sales pipeline — drafting, chasing, documenting. It never sends or decides. What it fixed, and what changed my mind about which asset is worth anything.
AI Didn't Make People More Productive. Yet.
Handing someone a faster tool rarely changes the work. The opportunity nobody is spending on is redesigning the workflow around it.
The Best AI Use Case Is Usually Boring
The most valuable automation doesn't generate an impressive demo. It processes the 800 documents nobody wants to touch.
I Am More Interested in Leverage Than Productivity
Productivity asks how to get more done in an hour. Leverage asks how to make that same hour worth more after it ends.

Running a high-risk or payments business
Gambling, adult, nutra, forex, crypto, or another high-risk vertical mainstream processors won't take on — if that's you, see the payments section above, or go straight to the call.

Want something like this built for your own operation
I built and run the AI system behind my own sales pipeline — what's above is the proof, not a pitch. If you want the same discipline applied to your process, that's a paid, scoped engagement.
Just looking around
Talking shop, or working through a payments problem yourself
I spend a lot of time in rooms where this comes up — venture, fintech, high-risk, payments — and at least as much time in the same conversation online, most days, without a room involved at all. Good things tend to come out of just talking; it's how a fair amount of Corefy's own business has started too. If you'd rather begin there than with a pitch, that's an easy way in.

Advisory
If your process isn't documented at all, there's nothing to automate yet — fix that first. If it exists and repeats, half of it can probably come off people. That's who this is for.
